From an idea to a link that doesn't change
An idea goes in. It passes through a case file, an approval gate and a test on the real system, and it comes out as a link that doesn't change. David decides; the agents execute.
- David decides, approves and tests
- The agents research, build and check
- decision
- goes back
Why it works
- David decides, the agents execute. Decisions and permissions stay with one person; everything else runs without waiting. Rebuilding this server by hand would take about 14,900 hours, and David has put in between 500 and 800.
- Nothing counts as done until it's measured. Every number carries a date and where it came from. Configured doesn't mean used, and the difference is always stated.
- There is one source of truth. The case file and its fixed link. Nothing gets lost between one session and the next, or between one agent and another.
- Mistakes become checks. Whatever fails is written into memory, and whatever fails twice is blocked by an automatic rule. The same mistake doesn't make it to a third time.
