Week 1 · Inventory	Which stores still run theme-embedded code or script tags, which are frozen, and what breaks on a theme update. You get a per-store list, so you know how many merchants are at risk before they notice.
Week 2 · The embed path	The app-embed path for the main app on a development store, with a cleanup queue.
Weeks 3–4 · Pilot	Ship it to a pilot group with a changelog and a per-store report, then re-test.

The January 1, 2027 token change goes into the same plan, because it arrives before the March 1 script-tag cutoff.
